Overview
In this role you will join KPMG Advisory's People & Change team in Milan to deliver HR-focused transformation initiatives. You will design solutions to improve employee experience, lead HR operating model redesigns, and redefine talent, performance, and learning strategies. You will drive change management through organizational assessments, skills mapping, impact analysis and communication plans, ensuring initiatives translate into sustainable results. You will work with senior client leadership on large-scale transformations, influencing how organizations enable people-centric change.

Responsabilità
- design solutions and models to improve the employee experience
- organisational redesign of HR operating models to boost services and employee satisfaction
- redefine talent management,



performance management and learning & development models
- lead organizational redesign and process re-engineering through change management initiatives
- provide tools for implementing changes (assessments, skills mapping, impact analysis, mitigation actions, communication strategies)
- assess impacts and benefits of initiatives, monitor pre- and post-transformation performance, and close gaps

Requisiti fondamentali
- master's degree in management and production engineering or business administration
- 2 to 4 years of experience in People & Change projects, preferably in a consulting firm
- leadership abilities in coordinating teams and in client management
- excellent English, ideally with study/work experience abroad
