Overview
In this Senior Category Marketing Manager role, you shape the Culinary category strategy for Taste Europe and drive cross-functional alignment to deliver measurable growth. You'll translate strategic priorities into marketing initiatives that accelerate sales and strengthen IFF's market position, collaborating with Sales, Innovation & Design, Consumer Insights and Communications. You'll lead a regional category plan, monitor progress, and influence stakeholders to translate plans into tangible business impact. Responsabilità
- Lead the Multidisciplinary Culinary Category Team to develop and execute the regional Category plan
- Define initiatives, tactics and resources to grow and defend the Culinary business in Europe
- Coordinate alignment and rollout of Category actions with sales and technical teams
- Monitor monthly execution,
track financials, opportunity pipeline and milestones
- Collect industry insights from stakeholders and shape actions to support growth
- Support key customer engagements and contribute to marketing content aligned with business goals
Requisiti fondamentali
- 10+ years of business experience in marketing, sales or business development in B2C or B2B, preferably in Culinary
- Strong communication, listening, analytical and influencing skills
- Ability to synthesize insights from multiple data sources and translate into strategy
- Proven leadership and ability to work in a matrix organization with cross-functional teams
- Strong project management across strategy to execution
- Fluent English written and spoken; other languages a plus; PowerPoint and Excel proficiency
