Overview
In this role you support the Asset Rotation team across sell-side transactions for renewable assets, bridging financial analysis, due diligence coordination, and transaction execution. You'll ensure documentation completeness and alignment among internal and external stakeholders throughout the process. You handle VDR management, Q&A; coordination, and prepare materials for reviews and management. You will work cross-functionally to improve due diligence processes and deliver timely, audit-ready outputs. Responsabilità
- Coordinate document checks and verify completeness across VDR workstreams
- Manage VDR structure, access controls, and timely uploads
- Coordinate internal and external experts through due diligence
- Collect and coordinate Q&A; responses with timely, accurate information
- Support preparation of teasers, process letters, and competitive process materials
- Prepare financial summaries, management presentations,



and dashboards
- Maintain audit-ready files and process documentation
- Act as central coordinator across Development, Legal, Finance, EPC, and external advisors
- Monitor market and regulatory developments relevant to transactions
- Drive process-improvement for due diligence tools and templates

Requisiti fondamentali
- 2–4 years of experience in M&A;, project finance, transaction advisory, or business analysis
- Strong organizational and multi-stakeholder coordination abilities
- Solid understanding of financial concepts (valuation, guarantees, reporting)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail with complex documentation management (VDR, Q&A; trackers)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Fluent English; Italian a strong plus
