Join QIAGEN's Global Commercial Operations to drive growth and market expansion for dPCR and NGS across France, Italy, and Iberia. You will partner with customers and strategic accounts to accelerate adoption of cutting-edge genomics solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll shape regional commercialization while strengthening QIAGEN's leadership in the South Europe market. This role blends science with business impact and offers meaningful, cross-market influence. You will work in a dynamic, cross-cultural environment with significant travel.

Responsabilità
- Drive revenue growth and market share for dPCR and NGS through distributor and channel partner management across France, Italy, and Iberia
- Develop regional business and growth plans, identifying priority markets, segments, and opportunities
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across research, biopharma, clinical, public health,



and emerging genomics
- Manage sales performance, forecast, pipeline reviews, and regional growth plans
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and strategic accounts as trusted partner
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Applications, R&D;, and Commercial teams for launches and demand generation
- Monitor market trends and customer needs; provide actionable insights to global stakeholders
- Travel up to 50% as needed to support business objectives

Requisiti fondamentali
- Master's degree or higher in a life sciences field
- Several years of experience in BD, sales, channel management, or commercial operations in life sciences or biotechnology
- Proven track record of direct customer-facing sales across multiple European markets (France, Italy, Spain, Portugal preferred)
- Strong knowledge of PCR and/or NGS; exposure to digital PCR desirable
- Experience in strat
