In this role you will design and develop mechanical components from concept to implementation, shaping solutions for safety, reliability, and performance. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet customer requirements and industry standards. You'll improve designs, prepare technical documentation, and support quality and regulatory compliance. Responsabilità
- Design, develop, and improve mechanical components and products based on customer and business requirements
- Create and modify 3D models, technical drawings, and engineering documentation
- Evaluate design concepts and select optimal technical solutions for functionality, manufacturability, and performance
- Prepare technical reports, product specifications,



and design documentation
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and project management to support product development
- Assist in planning project activities and coordinating engineering deliverables to meet timelines
- Ensure designs comply with internal quality standards and safety/regulatory requirements
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and processes

Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Experience in mechanical design and product development
- Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling using SolidWorks or other comparable CAD software
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and design practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
- Good communication skills and English proficiency (B1 level or higher)
- Good knowledge
