Overview
In this role you will lead EHS due diligence and compliance assessments for private equity, corporate, and financial clients, helping identify and quantify environmental and health & safety risks across multiple sectors. You’ll collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to deliver audits, regulatory reviews, and advisory support throughout the M&A; lifecycle. Your work informs client decisions and supports sustainable, compliant operations. Responsabilità
- Conduct Environmental, Health & Safety Due Diligence assessments for mergers, acquisitions, divestments and financing transactions
- Perform EHS compliance audits and site assessments across diverse facilities




- Review environmental permitting and regulatory obligations and management systems
- Evaluate occupational health & safety programs, risk assessments, contractor management, and related docs
- Identify, quantify, and prioritize EHS risks and improvement opportunities
- Prepare technical reports, proposals, and client deliverables in Italian and English
- Participate in site visits, client meetings, and interactions with external stakeholders
- Contribute to team development and support business development activities
- Support transaction advisory services throughout the M&A; lifecycle
- Collaborate with engineers, geologists, environmental scientists, and other specialists on projects

Requisiti fondamentali
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in EHS consulting, compliance, auditing, or related advisory services
- Proven experience conducting EHS compliance audits and site assessments
