Overview
Join our Analytics Solutions team in Milan as an intern to support risk assessment and capital management work. You will apply statistical methods to data, build probabilistic models, and help evaluate insurance programs while developing interactive dashboards. This program offers structured training, mentorship, and exposure to senior leaders within Marsh Risk. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights and contribute to client value.

Responsabilità
- Data analysis to identify trends and patterns
- Estimate probability distributions for risk variables using advanced statistical models
- Evaluate and recommend improvements for insurance programs to maximize client value
- Analyze Solvency II capital requirements using the Standard Formula




- Develop interactive dashboards for real-time data visualization to support decisions
- Cross-functional collaboration with other teams to tailor analyses to project needs

Requisiti fondamentali
- Master degree in Actuarial Science
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Advanced IT skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of probability distributions for aggregate loss distributions (Poisson, Negative Binomial, Lognormal, Gaussian)
- Strong understanding of Solvency II Standard Formula calculations and regulatory requirements
- Intermediate knowledge of R and Python
- Intermediate knowledge of Power BI
