Overview
As an R&D; Software Engineer in the Handheld Scanner BU, you design and implement embedded software within cross-functional teams. You apply the internal product development process and own design decisions, capable of leading deep technical discussions. You troubleshoot designs and coordinate with Validation and Verification to ensure quality, participating in peer design and code reviews. You work on complex subsystems within a larger embedded product, enabling hardware–software integration and AI deployment on embedded platforms. This role offers the chance to shape robust embedded solutions in a collaborative, international environment.
Responsabilità
- Design and implement complex embedded software subsystems within a larger product
- Apply internal product development processes for new product development




- Make autonomous design decisions and lead deep technical discussions
- Troubleshoot designs and collaborate with Validation and Verification
- Participate in peer reviews of designs and code

Requisiti fondamentali
- Knowledge of embedded software system architectures
- Experience with development/tools (git, cmake, vscode)
- Experience with software product lifecycle management (bug tracking, CI/CD)
- OO programming and design patterns (C++)
