Overview
As Backend Software Engineer II in the Consumer Growth Domain, you will shape scalable features that drive user growth and reduce friction for new users. You'll work with cross-functional teams to build reliable onboarding, discovery, and monetization capabilities within a modern AWS-based stack. You'll leverage AI tools to improve development efficiency and documentation, while ensuring high-quality, maintainable code. This role offers impact on growth initiatives, loyalty programs, and a fast-paced fintech environment with a strong emphasis on user experience.

Responsabilità
- Design, develop, and release features from local development to production with senior engineers
- Build and optimize onboarding, document verification, and security flows for rapid, safe activation
- Develop backend services for shop discovery, transactions, and personalized journeys via CRM integrations




- Contribute to Plus subscriptions, referrals, and loyalty mechanics to support retention
- Own AWS-based infrastructure and participate in growth-focused microservice architecture improvements
- Use AI tools to write/optimize code, speed up debugging, and generate documentation
- Write clean, testable code; participate in code reviews; assist in incident resolution and RCA
- Create technical documentation and align work with product roadmap through cross-functional collaboration

Requisiti fondamentali
- At least 1 year of backend engineering experience with scalable microservices
- Java and Spring Boot expertise
- Relational databases experience (PostgreSQL)
- Cloud environment experience (AWS: EC2, ECS, S3, Lambda, Kinesis)
- Interest in or hands-on experience with GenAI-driven features (LLMs, LangGraph, AWS Bedrock) is a plus
