Overview
As a Payroll Specialist focused on Italian payroll, you will manage accurate, timely payroll processing for clients and collaborate with global teams to ensure compliant, smooth operations. You will support knowledge transfer from Project Delivery to Operations and assist with testing and validation of payroll requirements. Your work will maintain precise records for audit trails and strengthen client service through reliable payroll execution. This role offers hybrid/remote work in Italy and the chance to impact global payroll delivery with a dedicated, cross-functional team.

Responsabilità
- Process multiple client payrolls accurately and on time
- Analyze payroll data to ensure correct fund distribution
- Collaborate with Implementation to transfer knowledge to Operations




- Support parallel runs and testing for new requirements
- Reconcile pre-processing reports for data accuracy
- Investigate discrepancies to ensure procedural adherence
- Deliver payroll payments on schedule per SLAs
- Maintain up-to-date payroll records for compliance and audit trails
- Assist validation of client-provided information for setup and configuration

Requisiti fondamentali
- Strong payroll processing experience, Italian payroll preferred
- Knowledge of Italian legal requirements, forms and reporting
- Experience with payroll software and MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Experience with Zucchetti is a plus
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Proficiency in Italian and English
