In this role you provide high-quality technical support for Sinteso/Cerberus PRO fire systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve products. You help customers maximize the use of Siemens Fire solutions while building knowledge and documentation to enable better service delivery. You operate in a hybrid environment, balancing technical troubleshooting with customer care to drive satisfaction and continuous product improvement. Responsabilità
- Provide technical support for Sinteso/Cerberus PRO systems and Fire Manager cloud applications
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software, application, and configuration issues
- Escalate complex problems to R&D; and coordinate resolutions
- Deliver clear support via phone, email,



and other channels to ensure positive customer experience
- Assist customers in effective use and maintenance of Cerberus PRO and Sinteso products
- Follow up on support cases to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and operations to improve services
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles, FAQs, and user guides
- Develop expertise on Siemens Fire solutions, tools, and processes through training

Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a Technical Diploma
- 3-5 years of experience in technical support within Fire & Security Systems
- Knowledge of networking concepts and BACnet protocol
- Strong communication, customer-focused mindset and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Professional proficiency in Italian and English
- Eligibility to work in Italy
