You work to hit revenue and margin targets while expanding new applications and managing key customer relationships. You lead consultative selling, coordinate campaigns, and use CRM insights to inform territory planning. You contribute to long-term partnerships and business growth within a global technology company that serves automotive, aerospace, and industrial sectors.
Responsabilità
- Definition and monitoring of customer sales budgets in the area of competence
- Managing turnover and customer margins in designated areas
- Implementation of sales strategies and campaigns
- Development of new applications and project management
- Administrative management of defaulting customers
- Technical-commercial support to customers
- Acquisition of new customers and applications
- Promotion and presentation of Schaeffler products/services
- Ability to present the full Schaeffler portfolio
- Gathering information on competitor sales policies
- CRM reporting and wide usage
- Strategic account planning and territory development
- Customer relationship management at senior stakeholder level
- Consultative selling and promoting customer intimacy and long-term partnerships
Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in Industrial Engineering
- Experience in selling mechanical / power transmission components to OEM / MRO customers
- Experience in Defense field
- Experience in Chemical, Pharma field as a plus
- Good knowledge of English
- Proficient in common software packages and social platforms (Linkedin)
- Experience with CRM applications
- Willingness to travel, possibly abroad
- Minimum 5 years of experience as account manager, application engineer, or business development
- Proven customer network
- Ability to work independently and by objectives
