Overview
As an Associate Clinical Trial Manager at Medpace, you join the Clinical Trial Management team to help oversee global trial activities and ensure timely, accurate execution. You will collaborate with project coordinators, clinical trial managers, sponsors, and sites, applying your analytical and academic background to clinical project administration. This role offers intensive training, international exposure, and a clear path toward advanced CTM responsibilities. You'll work on coordinating study timelines, quality control, and stakeholder communications to advance cutting-edge therapeutics. This is a hands-on entry into industry with meaningful impact on patient outcomes.

Responsabilità




- Communicate and collaborate on global study activities with project coordinator and clinical trial manager
- Ensure timely delivery of recurring tasks with high accuracy
- Compile and maintain project-specific status reports in the CTM system
- Interact with internal project team, Sponsor, study sites, and third-party vendors
- Manage and perform quality control of the internal regulatory filing system
- Provide oversight and management of study supplies
- Create and maintain project timelines
- Coordinate project meetings and produce quality minutes

Requisiti fondamentali
- PhD in Life Sciences
- Fluency in English with strong presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international team
- Prior CRO or pharmaceutical industry experience is advantageous but not required
