Overview
As a Senior Consultant in Deal Advisory M&A; Tax, you drive tax-related structuring and due diligence for M&A; transactions in Italy. You will work within a cross-functional team, handling complex domestic and international tax issues and contributing to shaping deal outcomes. The role offers exposure to high-profile transactions and opportunities to coach junior members. You will operate in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on proactive, transaction-oriented analysis.

Responsabilità
- Tax structuring of M&A; deals and debt issues
- Tax due diligence assignments
- Tax models preparation and review
- MIP structuring




- Analysis of complex domestic and international tax issues (including business combinations)
- Preparation of tax rulings
- Corporate restructuring
- Engagement on domestic and international projects

Requisiti fondamentali
- 3+ years of experience at Junior or Senior tax specialist level in a Big 4 or top-tier advisory firm
- Master's degree in Economics or Law with strong academic results; 105/110 or equivalent
- Qualified (or in process) as Chartered Accountant and/or Lawyer
- Excellent English; strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
