Overview
As an intern in Risk Consulting, you will support the design, implementation, and improvement of risk management frameworks for industrial clients. You will work with the Enterprise Risk Services team to integrate risk management into client processes, contributing to governance, appetite, and reporting initiatives. The role blends hands-on analytics with cross-functional collaboration across cyber, compliance, and public entities. This 6-month internship offers a clear growth path into an apprenticeship, guided learning, and exposure to Marsh Risk's strategic vision.

Responsabilità
- Support design and implementation of risk management frameworks
- Conduct gap assessments and roadmap development




- Assist in building risk appetite frameworks/statements
- Contribute to risk governance activities and risk culture initiatives
- Coordinate risk assessment campaigns and quantitative risk analysis
- Develop key risk indicators and risk reporting
- Support ad hoc risk and internal control optimization projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated risk solutions

Requisiti fondamentali
- University Master Degree in Economics (Management, Finance, Risk Management, etc.)
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Advanced IT skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong interest in risk management
- Self-motivation and goal orientation
