You will work with Italian and international clients on debt restructuring, distressed M&As;, and lender advisory, shaping recovery plans and financial strategies. The role blends financial analysis, modelling, and negotiation with stakeholders to deliver actionable outcomes. Responsabilità
- Analyze financial performance of target companies to reveal true financial position
- Identify strategic recovery guidelines for businesses




- Build financial models and assist in business planning
- Negotiate with main stakeholders (banks/investors)
- Support distressed M&A; activities with industrial partners and funds
- Conduct independent reviews of business plans
- Manage cash flow and lead turnarounds

Requisiti fondamentali
- 2-4 years experience in debt restructuring, company crisis and/or corporate finance
- Specialist Degree in business with a focus on finance/AFC and/or engineering management
- excellent English, preferably with international exposure
- excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
