Overview
In this role you will deliver end-to-end cost management for significant projects, partnering with clients and consultants to drive value from feasibility through post-contract activities. You will shape budgets, procurement, tendering, and final accounts, ensuring accurate cost control and reporting. The role sits within our consulting practice, contributing to best practices and learning across engagements. You will work with cross-functional teams to transform client requirements into financially sound project outcomes.

Responsabilità
- prepare cost estimates and cost planning
- manage procurement and tendering processes, including pre-qualification, tender lists, analyses and contract documents
- conduct cost checks and valuations, and produce monthly post-contract cost reports
- interface with clients and other consultants across project stages




- manage post-contract cost variances and change control processes
- perform cost risk analysis and contribute to value engineering
- update and share best practices in estimating from prospects and projects

Requisiti fondamentali
- degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics or equivalent
- strong English skills plus Italian
- proven cost and/or commercial management experience, ideally in a consultancy
- 5 years CM/QS experience or 10+ years SCM and above
- good knowledge of construction methods and procurement
- experience with multiple estimating tools and applications
- strong skills with spreadsheets and databases
