Overview
As a Key Account Manager, you will serve as the central local contact for defined accounts, ensuring strategies are implemented and projects are managed efficiently. You will drive revenue and results for target customers while supporting resellers, retailers, and CPG clients. You will collaborate closely with the POS team to identify needs, monitor market trends, and advance sales objectives. This role offers the chance to shape customer partnerships and contribute to a multi-country, cross-functional sales effort.
Responsabilità
- Strategically position the company as the partner for POS topics
- Plan and execute sales goals for selected target customers
- Own revenue and results for assigned accounts
- Develop and support resellers, retailers, and CPG customers
- Acquire new customers in retail, CPG, and resellers
- Demonstrate strong customer orientation internally and externally
- Conduct market and competition monitoring
- Identify new needs and opportunities with the POS team
- Participate in events, trade fairs and conferences
Requisiti fondamentali
- At least 5 years of professional sales experience (B2B)
- Previous experience as a key account manager or similar role
- Experience in shopfitting or FMCG sectors preferred
- Commercial education with further training or a degree in business-related fields
- CRM knowledge and comfort with digital tools
- Experience in strategic and operational development of sales units
