Overview
As a Digital Sales Specialist, you drive revenue for ABB Energy Industries by selling digital solutions that bridge OT and IT. You'll own the sales funnel, from identifying opportunities to closing deals and guiding projects to delivery. You'll work with cross-functional teams to craft value propositions around AI, analytics, and digital twin technologies. This role blends a sales mindset with technical curiosity to shape digital transformation for diverse industrial customers. You will operate in a hybrid setup, contributing to a growing, high-performing team and the energy transition.

Responsabilità
- Develop and implement digital sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets
- Identify whitespace opportunities and expand ABB footprint with new and existing customers
- Manage the full sales funnel from opportunity identification to negotiation and project handover
- Maintain and deepen relationships with customers providing tailored digital solutions
- Promote ABB digital solutions leveraging Industrial AI, Advanced Analytics, ML and Digital Twin technologies
- Collaborate with global digital business lines, solution architects, and SMEs to craft winning value propositions
- Ensure alignment with ABB core values of safety, integrity and care
Requisiti fondamentali
- Proven experience in digital sales, preferably in industrial or IT/OT sectors
- Ability to articulate a customer's digital journey and a stepwise plan
- Ability to discuss automation architectures, OT networks and industrial digital applications with engineering and operations teams
- Strong track record in building and selling digital solutions
- Experience engaging customers at operational and management levels
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent)
- Fluent in Italian and Englis
