Italy Mechatronics Milano On-siteTo strengthen our team, we are looking for a Process & Supplier Quality Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing environments, preferably in the industrial automation/intralogistics sectors.

We offer consultancy services to high-profile clients globally in diverse service areas, such as: Technology & EngineeringEnergy & RenewablesLife sciences & PharmaDigital & ITAbout this vacancyThe resource will contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes and the management of supplier quality, ensuring compliance with company quality standards and customer requirements. - Manage and monitor process quality during production activities. - Manage the system of internal non-conformities, supplier non-conformities, and customer non-conformities, defining and monitoring corrective actions.



- Conduct root cause analysis activities and implement corrective and preventive actions. - Draft and manage reports according to the 8D methodology. - Plan and conduct process audits and supplier audits. - Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve performance. - Analyze quality KPIs and prepare reporting to support business decisions.
What we expect from youDegree in Engineering (Mechanical, Management, Industrial, or related fields).3-5 years of experience in roles such as Process Quality, Supplier Quality, or Quality Engineering in manufacturing companies.
Knowledge of key Root Cause Analysis methodologies (5 Whys, Ishikawa/Fishbone Diagram).Familiarity with the 8D methodology.
Good knowledge of the ISO 9001 standard.
Excellent command of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
