integration or validationYou want to solve complex problems and be plunged into a challenging environmentYou are recognised as a team player and enjoy collaborative workYou have synthetic and helicopter view of the organisationYou are a mentor willing to share knowledgeYou are resourceful, analytical and structuredYou are open-minded and curiousYou are rigorous and logicalYou are seen as ambitiousCOMPETENCIES:You can quickly understand the system in which you evolve (key stakeholders, interactions, products, environment …)You know what a design-to-cost approach meansYou are able to adapt and react to changeYou are familiar with management and engineering tools such as DOORS, Polarion, TFS, JIRAYou are familiar with Network configuration and administrationYou have experience with leading engineering projects or activitiesLIFE AS A THALES SYSTEM ENGINEERING ROLEAs a System Engineering Role within Thales
