Your tasks

Technical leader responsible for driving strategic broadband optical communication IC developments from concept through production while providing company-wide technical Leadership
Lead execution of complex multi-disciplinary IC programs
Drive technical decision-making across organizations
Establish program-level technical plans and risk mitigation
Interface with customers, partners and senior management
Align technology strategy with business objectives
Mentor project leaders and senior engineers
Who we are looking for

MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering
15+ years semiconductor development experience
Proven technical leadership of multiple successful products
Broadband optical communication IC development across architecture, design, verification, layout, packaging,



test and validation
Product development lifecycle
Risk and stakeholder management
Advanced CMOS node experience, including FinFET and/or FD-SOI, is required
