Your tasks

- Technical leader responsible for driving strategic broadband optical communication IC developments from concept through production while providing company-wide technical Leadership
- Lead execution of complex multi-disciplinary IC programs
- Drive technical decision-making across organizations
- Establish program-level technical plans and risk mitigation
- Interface with customers, partners and senior management
- Align technology strategy with business objectives
- Mentor project leaders and senior engineers

Who we are looking for

- MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering
- 15+ years semiconductor development experience
- Proven technical leadership of multiple successful products
- Broadband optical communication IC development across architecture, design, verification, layout, packaging,



test and validation
- Product development lifecycle
- Risk and stakeholder management
- Advanced CMOS node experience, including FinFET and/or FD-SOI, is required
