In this role you will be a strategic partner for our clients, guiding them through their digital transformation. You will ensure our partners across Spain, LATAM and international markets get the most value out of Octorate. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /ppbr / /pulliManage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring optimal platform configuration. /liliProvide expert assistance via chat, email, and phone,
focusing on Spanish-speaking markets. /liliPerform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with the Product team to report bugs or suggest platform enhancements. /liliMaintain and update help center documentation and internal knowledge bases in Spanish. /liliSupport training sessions and periodic business reviews with key accounts. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequirements /strong /ppbr / /pulliLanguage Skills: Native or C1 minimum fluency in Spanish (written and spoken).
