NABA, Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti, is an education Academy focusing on arts and design: it is the largest private Academy in Italy, and the first one to have been recognized by the Italian Ministry of University and Research (MUR), back in 1980. As a recognized Academy, NABA offers academic diplomas equivalent to first and second level university degrees in the fields of design, fashion, graphics and communication, multimedia arts, set design, and visual arts.
NABA is currently seeking motivated individuals for the role of
Receptionist and Registration Office Support (tempo parziale)
The successful candidate will join the Registration Office. He/She will ensure the first welcome of students, teachers, visiting professors and guests in to develop the welcoming and professional spirit of our Academy which aims to create a student-centered environment within our Campus.
The selected candidate will carry out the following activities:
- Assure the first welcome service to students, teachers, visiting professors and guests giving pass and general information about the Campus and all services and Units.
- Execute the management of switchboard distributing the calls to Units request and identifies the correct subject to forward the call or request.
- Provide support for information about timetables and groups (HP), and to justify absences.
- Execute the lost and found, the distribution of the student badge and the management of the mailboxes of Registration, Reception,
and Consulta
- Support the annual update of the Service Guide, coordinate the collection of updates, requires and verifies the translation and layout of the texts.
- Provide support for online services, sending alerts to students and teachers, support the management of the daily registers of teachers, assistants and models.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma (B.A. or Triennale is not mandatory) with 1 or 2 years’ previous experience as receptionist in universities, hotels, or other institutions.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring welcoming and professional experience for all visitors.
