The Impact You’ll Have:
As HRIS Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our HR systems and data processes. Your work will empower our HR team with accurate, accessible, and actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and optimizing the core Human Capital Management (HCM) system, ensuring smooth operation and continuous improvement.
- Creating and managing reports and dashboards within the system to deliver actionable HR insights.
- Collaborating with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to gather requirements and configure HR processes.
- Supporting and training super users who use the HRIS for advanced purposes beyond basic usage.
- Using data analytics and data science tools to extract insights and support data-driven HR decisions.
- Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with GDPR.
- Bringing knowledge of personnel cost data and support related reporting as a plus.
The Attitudes and Skills We’re Looking For:
- Experience in HRIS or HR data management, preferably with Workday or similar platforms.
- Comfortable with data analytics tools like Power BI and open to learning new technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and process focus.
- Good communication skills to translate technical info into user-friendly language.
- Proactive, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent English, other languages are a plus.
