Education, experiences and skills
- University degree.
- 3 years experience in a Digital or social Agency in the same role, not more.
- Experience working in social media management, social media advertising, digital media, online advertising, marketing (Paid Advertising, Social Media Management, Retargeting, Email Marketing).
- Experience managing projects in a fast pace environment.
- Experience working cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets.
- Ability to prioritize various tasks effectively to meet even challenging deadlines.Self-directed, goal-oriented and flexible.
- Understanding of technical integration of ideas, and the ability to build relationships with development roles and designers.
- Google Analytics and performance benchmarking.
- Fluent in English.
Description of the position
The candidate must be able to fully manage a project from a digital point of view, with a focus on social media marketing, influencer marketing and digital PR.
The assignment includes the ability to carry out the project in autonomy, finalizing the estimated KPIs and achieving the set objectives.
- Business planning
- KPI’s finalization
- Social media strategy (TikTok, IG, FB, YT) and reporting
- Traffic acquisition (Instagram, TikTok Facebook, Google and Twitter campaigns)
- Definition and management of the editorial line
- Influencer marketing management
- Presentation skills
- Digital PR management: press releases, digital and social skills, contact with journalists, blogger and communities, reporting
