pWe are looking for a strongResident Operations Manager /strong for a prestigious independent boutique hotel located in Forte dei Marmi, Tuscany. /ppThe property is an intimate, high-end hospitality environment where personalised service, attention to detail and a strong sense of place are essential. We are looking for a passionate hotel professional who can combine hands-on operational leadership with commercial awareness and a strong focus on quality. /ppbr / /ppstrongTHE ROLE /strong /ppThe Resident Operations Manager will be a key reference point for both guests and the team, taking responsibility for the smooth daily operation of the property and contributing directly to its commercial and service performance. /ppThe role covers five key areas: /ppGuest Experience | Operations | People | Booking Revenue | Quality /ppbr / /ppKey responsibilities include: /pulliSupervising the booking process, direct enquiries and pre-arrival guest communication /liliMonitoring occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, pick-up, booking pace, lead time and other key revenue indicators /liliWorking on pricing, availability, distribution channels and revenue optimisation /liliDeveloping direct bookings, upselling and ancillary revenue opportunities /liliCoordinating daily hotel operations and ensuring effective communication between departments /liliCreating and implementing SOPs, checklists and operational standards /liliEstablishing consistent service standards across Front Office, Housekeeping, Breakfast/FB and guest services /liliConducting quality controls and internal audits /liliMonitoring guest satisfaction, reviews, complaints and feedback /liliIdentifying areas for improvement and turning them into concrete operational actions /liliRecruiting, onboarding, training and coordinating the hotel team,
