The Role We are looking for a dynamic, technically skilled, and independent professional to join our team as a Technical Service Specialist. The role combines technical support, troubleshooting, post-sales consulting, technical training, and collaboration with the Sales team. The successful candidate will become a key technical point of reference for both customers and internal teams, in Italy and internationally. Key Responsibilities Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting. Diagnose technical issues and identify effective solutions for CIAS security systems. Deliver technical training and product demonstrations, both on-site and online, during pre-sales and post-sales activities. Provide technical support to the Sales team in Italy and international markets. Analyze technical specifications, customer requirements, and international project tenders.
Support the Sales department during trade shows, seminars, exhibitions, and technical events. Work closely with R&D; and Technical Marketing to support product development and market activities. Contribute to continuous improvement of technical support processes and customer satisfaction. Professional Requirements Several years of professional experience in technical service, technical support, field service, or a similar role. Excellent command of spoken and written English – mandatory. Degree, diploma, or equivalent technical background in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, or a related field. Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and technical software/applications. Willingness to travel up to 25% of the working time, both in Italy and internationally. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team. Ability to manage priorities and work effectively under pressure. Personal Skills Reliability and strong attention to detail. Flexibility and adaptability. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Role Objectives The successful candidate will be expected to: Provide high-quality technical assistance throughout the entire product lifecycle. Ensure effective and timely resolution of customer technical issues. Support the Sales team with technical expertise during pre-sales, project development, and negotiation activities. Strengthen customer relationships through professional and reliable technical support. Represent CIAS as a technical ambassador in international markets. What We Offer Gross Annual Salary (RAL): €35,000–€45,000, depending on the candidate's experience, technical skills, and level of responsibility, plus premio components tied to individual paid service interventions and company performance.
