ppSenior Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer PREMABERGO•Monza, Italy /ppElectrical Instrumentation Engineerbr/Per candidarsi, è sufficiente leggere la seguente descrizione del lavoro e assicurarsi di allegare i documenti pertinenti.br/Company /ppbPremabergo S.r.l. /b is an engineering company specialized in the design and supply of process packages and skid-mounted systems for the Oil Gas, Petrochemical, Energy and Industrial sectors. /ppFor the strengthening of our Engineering Department, we are looking for an bElectrical Instrumentation Engineer /b to support the design, procurement, manufacturing and testing activities of our process packages. /ppRole Purpose /ppThe Electrical Instrumentation Engineer will be responsible for the electrical, instrumentation and control engineering activities related to Premabergo process packages, ensuring compliance with project specifications, applicable international standards, client requirements and project schedule. /ppThe role will interface with Process, Mechanical and Project Engineering disciplines, as well as with clients, suppliers, panel builders, instrumentation vendors and subcontractors. /ppMain responsibility /ppThe selected candidate will be involved in the following activities: /pulliReview of Client specifications, datasheets, FEED documentation and project requirements related to Electrical, Instrumentation and Control systems; /liliPreparation and review of Electrical and Instrumentation engineering documentation; /liliDefinition of the electrical architecture of process packages and skid-mounted systems; /liliPreparation and review of: /liliElectrical Load List; /liliMotor List; /liliInstrument Index; /liliI/O List; /liliCable List; /liliJunction Box List; /liliElectrical Consumers List; /liliControl Philosophy; /liliFunctional Description; /liliInstrument Datasheets; /liliInstrument Hook-Up Drawings; /liliLoop Diagrams; /liliWiring and Interconnection Diagrams; /liliSingle Line Diagrams; /liliElectrical and Instrumentation Layouts; /liliCable Routing and Cable Schedule; /liliMaterial Requisitions and Technical Specifications; /liliSelection and sizing of field instrumentation such as: /lilipressure, differential pressure,



temperature, flow and level transmitters; /liliswitches and gauges; /lilicontrol valves; /lilion/off valves and actuators; /lilianalyzers and package-mounted instrumentation; /liliSelection and sizing of electrical equipment including: /lilielectric motors; /lilitransformers and rectifiers; /lililocal control panels; /lilijunction boxes; /liliisolators; /lilipower supplies; /liliUPS and DC power distribution systems; /liliDefinition and review of PLC, HMI, ESD and package control system requirements; /liliManagement of interfaces between Package Control System and Client ICSS/DCS/ESD systems; /liliVerification of hazardous area requirements and selection of suitable Ex-certified equipment; /liliPreparation of technical documentation for RFQ/RDO to suppliers; /liliTechnical evaluation and comparison of suppliers' quotations; /liliPreparation of Technical Bid Evaluations and technical clarifications; /liliReview and approval of vendor documentation; /liliManagement of technical comments and coordination with suppliers during the execution phase; /liliParticipation in technical meetings with Clients and Vendors; /liliSupport to Project Engineering and Project Management during project execution; /liliCoordination with Process and Mechanical disciplines for multidisciplinary package integration; /liliSupport during manufacturing, assembly and commissioning activities; /liliPreparation and review of Inspection Test Plans; /liliParticipation in FAT, functional tests, loop checks and inspection activities; /liliSupport in the management of Client comments, deviations and technical queries; /liliVerification of compliance with applicable Client specifications,



project requirements and international standards.br/ /li /ulpTechnical Knowledge /ppThe ideal candidate should have knowledge of the main international Electrical and Instrumentation standards, including: /pulliIEC standards; /liliIEC 60079 series for hazardous areas; /liliIEC 61508 / IEC 61511 for Safety Instrumented Systems; /liliISA standards and recommended practices; /liliATEX requirements; /liliSIL concepts and Safety Instrumented Functions; /liliElectrical protection and distribution principles; /liliInstrumentation and control philosophy for process plants; /liliPLC / HMI / DCS / ESD systems; /liliIndustrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Ethernet/IP, Profinet and HART. /li /ulpKnowledge of Oil Gas, Offshore, Marine or Petrochemical project specifications will be considered a strong advantage. /ppQualifications /pulliBachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering or equivalent technical discipline; /liliPrevious experience in Electrical Instrumentation engineering, preferably within: /liliOil Gas; /liliEnergy; /liliOffshore or Marine projects; /liliGood knowledge of English, both written and spoken; /liliAbility to read and interpret PIDs, electrical diagrams, specifications and technical datasheets; /liliGood knowledge of Microsoft Office; /liliFamiliarity with engineering software and CAD tools will be considered an advantage. /li /ulpExperience /ppPrevious experience with one or more of the following will be considered a plus: /pulliProcess skids and packaged units; /liliWater treatment and electrochlorination packages; /liliGas drying and purification packages; /liliCompressor or rotating equipment packages; /liliHazardous area instrumentation; /liliSIL-rated control and ESD systems; /liliFAT and inspection activities; /liliOffshore and marine projects; /liliABS, DNV or other Classification Society requirements. xysqume /li /ulpPosition /ppbRole: /b Electrical Instrumentation Engineer /ppThe position offers the opportunity to work directly on international process package projects, following the complete project lifecycle from engineering and supplier selection through manufacturing, testing and delivery. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
