The role requires leadership in coordinating cross-functional teams including PCB layout, embedded firmware, mechanical engineering, and manufacturing partners. You will define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation while ensuring compliance with technical and business requirements. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /pp - Develop and execute project plans for PCB and embedded system designs, aligning with business objectives and technical feasibility. /pp - Lead collaboration between hardware engineers, firmware developers, and third-party vendors to deliver high-quality prototypes within budget. /pp - Manage PCB layout reviews, signal integrity analysis, and component selection to optimize performance and manufacturability. /pp - Establish and monitor key performance indicators for project progress, risk mitigation, and quality assurance. /pp - Present technical and business updates to stakeholders, including executive leadership, to secure project approvals and resources. /ppbr / /ppstrongRequired Skills Qualifications: /strong /pp - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
/pp - Minimum 7 years of experience in PCB design and embedded systems development, with at least 3 years in a project leadership or management role. /pp - Proficiency in PCB design tools such as Altium Designer, KiCad, or Cadence Allegro. /pp - Experience with embedded firmware development in C/C++ and debugging using JTAG or logic analyzers. /pp - Knowledge of industry standards including IPC-2221, IPC-A-610, and UL certification processes. /pp - Strong understanding of signal integrity, power integrity, and thermal management in PCB layouts. /pp - Experience with version control systems (Git) and hardware documentation tools (Confluence, Jira). /pp - Familiarity with manufacturing processes, DFM (Design for Manufacturing), and supply chain coordination. /pp - Ability to assess technical risks and propose mitigations while balancing cost, schedule, and performance trade-offs. /ppbr / /ppstrongMore About the Opportunity: /strong /ppThis role offers a unique opportunity to work with a global leader in the technology industry, contributing to the development of next-generation embedded systems for commercial and industrial applications.
