Overview

In this role, you apply strategic and operational expertise to develop and refine assessment processes for naval operations at Fleet Headquarters. You will produce senior-level assessments and planning products that translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership. You’ll collaborate across directorates to synchronize assessment efforts and support joint defense missions and defense mission planning. This position offers the chance to shape campaign assessments, performance measures, and decision-ready analyses in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

Responsabilità

- Develop campaign assessments, Measures of Performance, and Measures of Effectiveness
- Produce command-level assessments and planning products for senior leaders
- Coordinate across staff directorates to align assessment efforts
- Design and maintain enterprise data systems for decision-makers
- Brief executive-level leadership and support organizational communications and workflow
- Translate complex operational data into structured,



repeatable assessment methodologies
- Support naval operations progression toward campaign objectives and effects
- Lead or contribute to high-quality, independent work in fast-paced settings

Requisiti fondamentali

- Experience with strategic and operational level operations and campaign planning
- Experience developing and synchronizing complex plans and tasks
- Experience creating and organizing data for enterprise use
- Experience briefing executive-level leadership
- Experience using data analysis and visualization tools; knowledge of Palantir Maven Smart System; Microsoft SharePoint and Office365
- Knowledge of naval operations and force constructs
- Ability to manage communications, suspense tracking, and content management
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to work independently and in teams in fast-paced environments
