This role is pivotal in driving a major cultural transformation in safety practices across a workforce of over 300 blue-collar employees. /p h3Role /h3 pThe ideal candidate is not only a technical expert in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations but also a charismatic leader who can inspire, engage, and influence teams to embrace a proactive safety culture. This person must have a strong presence, authority, and enthusiasm to lead by example, challenge the status quo, and ensure safety becomes an integral part of daily operations. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liDrive safety strategy: develop and lead safety programs aligned with corporate and regulatory standards to achieve zero-incident goals; /li liLead cultural transformation:
