We partner with global clients to deliver high-performance technical facilities across Europe. /ppbr / /ppAs we continue to expand in the Italy, we’re looking for an experienced MEP Lead with a strong mechanical or electrical background to join our first-class team in Milan. /ppbr / /ppThis is a unique chance to work on some of Europe’s most innovative data centre projects, supporting the delivery of complex mechanical and electrical systems that underpin mission-critical operations. /ppbr / /ppYou’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating MEP design, installation, testing and commissioning, ensuring quality, safety and performance standards are achieved throughout. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /ppbr / /pulliLead all MEP activities on-site. /liliCoordinate and manage subcontractors, consultants and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of MEP packages. /liliReview technical designs, method statements and submittals to ensure compliance with client specifications and data centre standards. /liliMonitor progress, manage risks and drive issue resolution to maintain schedule and cost performance. /liliOversee installation quality and ensure robust testing, commissioning and handover processes. /liliAct as the main MEP point of contact with the client, project management team and key stakeholders. /liliFoster a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to MiCiM and local HSE requirements. /liliAbout You /liliStrong mechanical or electrical engineering background with hands-on experience in large-scale MEP delivery. /liliProven track record as an MEP Lead or Senior MEP Manager on data centres, high-tech, pharmaceutical or other mission-critical projects.
