TEMPO PARZIALE /strong /ppbr / /ppstrongMain duties: /strong /ppTo provide consistent and exceptional standard of customer service in the store. /ppbr / /ppstrongThe Role: /strong /ppTo maximize sales for the store; br / /ppTo develop enduring relationships with clients; br / /ppTo provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request; br / /ppTo approach customers and offer them advice and support on product to persuade them to buy; br / /ppTo manage promotional allowance, rebate,
and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices; br / /ppTo understand andbe able to advise customers on smart professional dress and appearance; br / /ppTo resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history; br / /ppTo handle returnsof merchandise; br / /ppTo maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store at the highest standard; br / /ppTo support the team on the general operations of the “Piquadro” store; br / /ppTo arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria; br / /ppTo operate cash registers and close daily revenues; br / /ppTo maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; br / /ppTo go the “extra mile” to meet targets. /ppbr / /ppstrongThe Candidate: /strong /ppFluency in English (written spoken) is strongly desired and Chinese appreciated; br / /ppRetail or serviceindustry experience; br / /ppGreat customer service and people skills; br / /ppAbility to communicate and inspire customers store colleagues; br / /ppGood standard of numeracy and problem solving; br / /ppAbility to work towards goals; br / /ppStrong organizational skills; br / /ppDynamic and creative. /p
