Interventions; /liliCollaborate with RAM/NAM in managing the assigned banners responsibility providing recommendation/anticipations through coordination of other FSR; /liliPromote Kellogg image in the market and supplies valid recommendations to anticipate market and trade changes. /li /ulh3bYOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS /b /h3ulliTechnical Skills: Strong knowledge of the products, Knowledge and use of sales tools; /liliGood knowledge ofCategories, Brand strategies, Consumer and Shopper behaviour; /liliLeadership skills in order to inspire motivate and lead a team, high communication skills, proactive and initiative taking, a good team worker, loyal to both role and company, enthusiastic and dedicated; /liliFluent in Italian and English is necessary; /liliUniversity degree required, preferably economics or similar.

Within this range, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. /ppThe total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay and general allowances.
