Tecnimont is looking for a Construction Quality Manager to join “Construction Operations” Function. /p /brh3Key Responsabilities: /h3 /brpThe Construction Quality Manager (QAM) is appointed for major projects or for projects of particular difficulty due to the size or to the complex contractual structure, like Consortium or Joint Venture (where the Company has the leadership role). His/her main responsibility is to keep relations with Partners and Client to ensure that QA/QC Plan and procedures are correctly applied by all members of Consortium (if any), verify the uniformity and coordination among all members and ensure uniformity and coherence. /p /brul /brliTo ensure Site Quality Plan adequacy and application at Site, arranging any reviews, if required; /li /brliTo verify Non Destructive Test, Welding Inspectors activities, Painting Corrosion Inspectors activities and quality control site team activities; /li /brliTo ensure the proper preparation of the test, inspection reports and books; /li /brliTo review Subcontractors’ site Quality System, Quality Organization and procedures; /li /brliTo check the flow of information and documents, for example Request for Inspections, follow up of the activities with subcontractors, non-conformities; /li /brliTo identify any organizational or procedural defect, analyzing critical points,
arranging any corrective action together with the Site Manager and informing the home office pertinent departments; /li /brliTo plan and perform periodical Audit on Subcontractors activities; /li /brliTo prepare his/her own section of the Project Monthly report. /li /br /ul /brh3Requirements and Skills: /h3 /brul /brliDegree in Engineering or other relevant technical discipline. /li /brliMinimum 8–10 years of experience in QA/QC activities within EPC, Oil Gas, Petrochemical, Energy, or Industrial Construction projects. /li /brliProven experience in managing Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities on construction sites. /li /brliSolid knowledge of international quality standards and Quality Management Systems (e.g. ISO 9001). /li /brliExperience in welding, NDT, painting/coating inspections, and construction quality processes. /li /brliExperience in managing subcontractors, inspections, audits, and non-conformity processes. /li /brliAbility to operate effectively in complex project environments, including Consortiums and Joint Ventures. /li /brliStrong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. /li /brliExcellent communication and problem-solving capabilities in multicultural environments. /li /brliFluent in bEnglish and Spanish /b, and willingness to travel internationally and work on construction sites worldwide. /li /br /ul /brh3Contract Type and Classification /h3 /brul /brliContract type: Permanent /li /brliApplicable collective agreement (NCLC): Chemical and Chemical-Pharmaceutical (identification code B011) /li /brliJob classification level: Middle Manager, consistent with job requirements and applicable Collective Agreement /li /br /ul /brh3Compensation /h3 /brpThe initial gross annual salary for this position,
