Join us and let’s write our next chapter together. /ph3What you will be doing /h3ulliSupervising a team of operatives and drivers /liliMaking sure all team members are motivated and treated fairly and consistently /liliPlanning and taking action to achieve service levels targets /liliEducating your team on business goals and service objectives /liliMaking sure your team follows safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices during the shift /li /ulh3What do you bring with you /h3ulliExperience in managing a shift and team in a busy freight processing environment is desirable /liliAbility to manage own and teams time effectively with attention to detail /liliBe energetic and enthusiastic /liliHave a strong customer focus /liliHave good communication skills /liliAvailability to work early morning / evening shifts /liliHave a good English level (comprehension, written, verbal)
