You will have personally led the integration of two product-and-engineering organisations; br / deep engineering credibility; br / product leadership in cybersecurity or adjacent B2B SaaS; br / a feel for a channel and mid-market model; br / and the range to lead adistributed, multi-country organisation. /ppbr / /ppScale is critical here: this business is in a critical phase of growth with roughly 250 heads across the technology functions. Therefore, relevant experience of integrating the teams whilst defining the processes and operating model for building and shipping software is a must. /ppbr / /ppstrongThe reward /strong /ppbr / /ppStructured as a wealth-creation opportunity, not a salary move.
