We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions. /p h3THE ROLE /h3 pThe Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) ensures suppliers meet quality, regulatory, and company standards throughout the product lifecycle. You will lead supplier qualifications, audits, quality improvement initiatives, and supplier development activities, while supporting New Product Development projects and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive supplier performance and product quality. /p h3Principal Responsibilities /h3 ul liQualify, assess, and develop suppliers to meet company quality standards. /li liConduct supplier audits, including system and process audits. /li liLead root cause analysis related to supplier quality issues and non-conformances. /li liManage high impact suppliers' quality issues by coordinating containment actions to minimize impact on production and customers. /li liIdentify high-risk suppliers and establish improvement plans. /li liLead sampling activities and validation (PPAP) on different types of projects. /li liParticipate in design reviews and New Product Development (NPD) activities to preventively identify manufacturing risks, process limitations,
and supplier capability gaps before supplier award and/or product launch. /li liMaintain successful relationships with supply, engineering, manufacturing, and other departments. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pA bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Materials engineering) is preferred. Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered. At least 2 years of experience.
