With its two main brands Villeroy Boch and Ideal Standard, the Group has about 12.000 employees and is present in around 140 countries worldwide. /p h3PURPOSE: /h3 pThe Project Consultant is in charge of generating specifications in order to maximize both volume and value. /p pBeing fully conversant with products, s/he will support demand creation activities, providing also training ability and expertise to agents. /p h3MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: /h3 ul liBe on the ground and visit business partner (Architects, specifiers such as Building Surveyors, Design Build Contractors) in order to generate demand creation and increase sales, maximizing revenues,



and to provide additional credibility and presence to business relationships with customers and prospects /li liOrganise meetings / events with targeted groups to promote products and/or services /li liPerform background research on customer accounts, prospects, competitors, and trends to support the sales team’s activities. /li liProactively work with salesmen to identify product needs, issues and determine effective solutions, directly answering product technical questions /li /ul h3REQUIREMENTS SKILLS: /h3 ul liStrong analytical and reporting skills; /li liProject management; /li liCustomer Focus; /li liAdvanced on Office pack and SAP/CRM knowledge. /li liAutonomy and Spirit of initiative /li liStrong relationship skills /li liDecisive – clear, fact based decision making /li /ul h3LOCATION: /h3 pMilan (national mobility required according to job description above) /p pThink outside the box with us! #shapeandcreate /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
