pstrongProposal Application Engineer – MBR Wastewater Treatment /strong /ppbr / /pp-MBR Wastewater Treatment / Technical Proposals / English Italian- /ppA Japanese wastewater technology company is currently recruiting a Proposal Application Engineer to support the development of technical proposals and engineering solutions for wastewater treatment projects. /ppThe role combines application engineering, technical proposal preparation, customer coordination and BIM-based design review. You will work closely with customers, sales teams, engineering departments, contractors and project stakeholders to develop technically and commercially appropriate solutions for municipal and industrial wastewater projects. /ppThe ideal candidate should have relevant experience in water or wastewater treatment, strong technical proposal skills and practical BIM experience, together with fluent English and Italian. /ppstrong(Ref: AJ47640 - Please include this when making any enquiries.) /strong /ppbr / /ppstrongMain Responsibilities /strong /pulliReview customer enquiries, tender documents, specifications, drawings and wastewater treatment requirements /liliDevelop technical solutions for municipal and industrial wastewater projects, with a focus on MBR technology /liliPrepare technical proposals, quotations, process descriptions, equipment lists and tender documentation /liliSupport preliminary engineering calculations, equipment sizing, hydraulic requirements and equipment selection /liliPrepare and review PFDs, PIDs, layouts and technical drawings /liliUse and review BIM models to assess equipment layouts, plant integration and multidisciplinary coordination /liliWork with sales, engineering,
procurement and project teams to develop technically and commercially viable proposals /liliParticipate in technical meetings and support customer enquiries, tender clarifications and successful project handovers /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongIdeal Candidate /strong /pulliDegree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Process Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related discipline /liliExperience in water treatment, wastewater treatment, process engineering, plant engineering or environmental engineering /liliExperience as a Proposal Engineer, Application Engineer, Process Engineer, Technical Sales Engineer or similar /liliGood understanding of wastewater treatment processes and equipment; MBR experience is highly desirable /liliExperience preparing technical proposals, quotations, tenders and engineering documentation /liliPractical experience with BIM and BIM-based engineering workflows; Revit, AutoCAD or Navisworks would be advantageous /liliStrong customer-facing, communication and stakeholder management skills with good commercial awareness /liliFluent English and Italian, with the ability to manage multiple proposals and deadlines in an international environment /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongConditions /strong /pulliLocation: Bolzano/Trento, Italy /liliWorking Style: hybrid /liliSalary: Negotiable (depending on experience) /liliJob Type: full-time, permanent /liliWorking Hours: 9:00-17:00 from Monday to Friday /liliStart: negotiable /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWe regret that we cannot accept applications from Working holiday or Student visa holders. /strong /ppemIf your application is successful, you will be contacted within two business days.
