Your role with us
- Identify new business opportunities, build long-term relationships with our clients and continuously expand our network
- Analyse client needs, present suitable products and services, and prepare tailored proposals
- Lead sales presentations and negotiations, act as a trusted point of contact for clients and build lasting customer relationships
- Work closely with our Consulting / Project Management,
Marketing and Product Development teams to create tailored solutions for our clients
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales processes
We are looking for an engaged, structured and communicative personality with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong instinct for sales.
What you bring
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism or a comparable qualification and/or relevant professional experience in sales – ideally within the tourism industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, combined with a confident and professional presence
- Experience in new business acquisition as well as managing and developing existing client relationships
- A strong understanding of client needs and the ability to translate them into tailored solutions
- Very good German and Italian skills – English is a plus
- Experience in tourism is an advantage, but not a requirement – what matters most is your ability to inspire clients, build
