Job Description
We are currently seeking a Product Manager, Medium Voltage Distribution to join our dynamic team in Bologna, Italy Due to continued growth, we are recruiting for a Product Manager to support the development and growth of the MV Switchgears (1,5kV – 40.5kV) line of business across EMEA, with clear ownership of product lifecycle, market requirements, profitability, sales enablement, and go‑to‑market execution. The successful candidate will concentrate on the strategic and operational management of the MV Switchgears portfolio (1,5kV – 40.5kV), ensuring alignment with customer needs,
regional market opportunities, and the company’s overall EMEA and global product strategy.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of the MV Switchgears portfolio, including new product introduction (NPDI process), line extensions, product updates, rationalization, and end‑of‑production planning (phase‑in / phase‑out process).
- Gather and prioritise customer, channel, and market requirements through direct engagement with sales teams, consultants, contractors, distributors, and end users.
- Define and communicate voice‑of‑customer requirements and support product business cases for new developments and enhancements.
- Research market trends, demand drivers, specification practices, and competitor positioning in MV switchgear markets.
- Develop regional go‑to‑market plans and support sales and marketing strategies to maximise portfolio revenue and profitability.
