All’interno della dimora - in accordo e sotto la supervisione della direzione - si occupa:
- programmare e coordinare il lavoro giornaliero, supervisionare la gestione contabile
- supervisionare la mise-en-place dei tavoli e il servizio
- partecipare al lavoro di sala e gestire il team
- registrare le comande, curare l’ospite e porre attenzione ai dettagli
- supervisionare la preparazione della sala per tutti i servizi richiesti (colazione, pranzo, cena, room service)
- sostituisce il Maître in caso di necessità
Inside the residence - in agreement and under the supervision of the management - he deals with:
