Job Description

What will you take care of?

As a 6 months Intern you will join the Talent Acquisition team within Bosch’s Human Resources department based in Milan.

- You will support the Talent Acquisition team throughout the different stages of the recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to interview scheduling and participation.
- You will contribute to the organization and management of Employer Branding initiatives, such as Career Days, internal and external recruiting events, as well as collaborations with universities and other partners.
- You will become part of Bosch’s HR department and gain first-hand exposure to its activities and processes, working closely with different business functions, internal stakeholders and HR service providers.
- You will support the team in day-to-day activities, ensuring deadlines are met and contributing to the preparation of HR materials, reports and presentations.
- You will have the opportunity to strengthen your skills in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding, working in a dynamic, international and collaborative environment.
