Overview

In this role, you support the Group’s finance and controlling functions, helping to coordinate monthly performance reviews and drive budgeting efforts. You will work closely with the Business Unit to collate forecasts and validate analyses, influencing corrective actions and value creation. You’ll also contribute to new tool projects for your unit, leveraging data to enable informed decision-making. Retribuzione / Benefits

- Total compensation: 34.000 – 38.000 (variable component)

Responsabilità





- Coordinate and prepare monthly Performance Reviews for General Manager/CFO
- Build and refine Budget in collaboration with the Business Unit
- Ensure budget objectives are met and drive corrective actions
- Update periodic forecasts
- Validate ad hoc analyses and business cases for the Business Unit
- Contribute to development of new tool projects for the assigned Business Unit

Requisiti fondamentali

- 2 to 3 years of experience in consulting or Controlling/FP&A; in structured organizations
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to connect to complex databases
- Strong knowledge of national/international accounting principles, planning models, and variance analysis
- Degree in Engineering and/or Economic disciplines
- English knowledge at a C1 level
