Overview In this role you will support strategic transformation initiatives across Supply Chain and Operations, acting as a catalyst for cross‑functional collaboration. You will help define lean S&OP; and inventory processes, resolve bottlenecks, and drive execution of seasonal initiatives. You will coordinate governance, performance tracking, and senior‑level reporting to accelerate decision‑making and deliver value.

This position sits at the heart of transforming business activities through actionable roadmaps, process improvements, and close IT-business collaboration.

Responsabilità

- Facilitate execution of transformation initiatives across Supply Chain
- Coordinate activities, stakeholders, timelines and milestones for strategic programs
- Drive cross‑functional alignment and governance for transformation projects
- Support S&OP; deployment, inventory planning and continuous improvement
- Coordinate Inventory War Room and ensure timely action implementation
- Identify trade-offs across planning, inventory, operations, logistics and commercial priorities




- Escalate bottlenecks and risks to ensure timely delivery
- Develop and monitor transformation roadmaps with functional leaders
- Prepare executive updates and management reports for senior leadership
- Support outsourcing and carve‑out assessments and business case development
- Promote standardized governance and reporting across the portfolio
- Partner with IT and business to define requirements for tech solutions
- Lead change management activities and stakeholder engagement
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps

Requisiti fondamentali

- Project Management
- Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Management and S&OP; processes
- Process mapping and business requirements definition
- Stakeholder Management and cross‑functional facilitation
- Executive reporting and communication skills
- Business case development and financial analysis
- Analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
- Ability to identify trade-offs and drive decision‑making
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Fluent English
