We are looking for a Administrative Assistant to work in the Risk Assessment Logistics Unit.

Responsabilità
The interim will:
- Support the management of Regulated Products mandates in the area of both FEED and FIP (Food Ingredients and Packaging);
- Update dedicated IT tools (e.g., DMs, APPIAN, Salesforce) and Excel tables;
- Communicate with internal officers and external stakeholders/application owners;
- Handle correspondence via email and letters;
- Participate in and provide organisational support for internal meetings;
- Carry out general administrative tasks and support daily unit operations.
Functie-eisen
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of English (at least C1 level);
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Previous experience in administrative support;
- Knowledge of EFSA IT tools (e.g., DMs, APPIAN, Salesforce) is considered an asset;
- Behavioural competencies: high level of commitment, political savvy, intellectual horsepower and ability to work with others.
Assignment: initial contract of 3/4 months, with possibility of extension. Expected duration of assignment: 12 months.
Salary: approx. €2326 per month before taxes.
Work modalities: office work is required on at least 2 days per week. Remote work is possible within 2 hours from EFSA's premises in Parma, Italy, for the remaining days.
