PsyScape Art Gallery is looking for a charismatic, energetic and naturally engaging personality to become one of the faces of our social channels, working with our feature artists from Lake Como.
You’ll appear across our social content and host regular TikTok Live sessions, introducing audiences to original visionary art, and the ideas that inspire it. We want someone who can bring together art, psychedelics and personality in a way that feels natural, entertaining and distinctly PsyScape.
The Role
You’ll be one of the on-screen personalities of PsyScape, creating and appearing in content across TikTok, Instagram and our wider social channels. A major part of the role will be live auctioneering and presenting our represented original artworks and prints, interacting with our featured artist and viewers in real time and introducing the work to potential new collectors.
Personality is the important part. We want someone who can , have fun on camera, ask great questions and keep a conversation moving.
Who We're Looking For
- Fluent in both Italian and English. Premio points if you can speak German too.
- Charismatic, bubbly and completely comfortable on camera
- A genuine knowledge of and enthusiasm for art, particularly visionary art
- A genuine knowledge and understanding of psychedelics, plant medicine and altered states
- Naturally curious, quick-witted and good in conversation
- Comfortable presenting, interviewing and interacting with a live audience
- Social-media savvy, particularly across TikTok and Instagram
- Comfortable discussing and presenting artworks available for acquisition
- Creative, reliable and confident bringing your own personality and ideas to our content
- Previous presenting,
content creation, live-streaming or sales experience is advantageous
- An existing social media presence or experience creating content is highly advantageous
The Opportunity This is a self-employed position with strong commission potential. We’re looking for someone with young energy (or simply young at heart), and the role could be particularly well suited to a university student looking for something different that can work around their existing commitments.
The role is based in Como, Italy, and sessions will take place once a week. Ideally, you’ll be based within roughly two hours of Como — whether studying or living in Milan, Bergamo, Pavia, Varese, Lugano or the surrounding areas.
As part of the role, we can provide complimentary accommodation on-site in Como, giving you the option to stay over, enjoy one of Italy’s most beautiful locations and make a little more of the experience than simply travelling in for a shift.
